these are the Terms and Conditions for the use of the Decal Decoration website and services operated by:

By using this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
1. Payment and Prices
Decal Decoration welcomes payment by Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club (powered by Stripe), Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, BOV Mobile to Mobile, Bank Transfer and Cash on Pickup and we only accept payment for orders in EUROS (€). The system will display the available payment systems according to the buyer’s location.
Payments by Revolut, BOV Mobile to Mobile and Cash on Pickup is available only in Malta.
From 01.03.2024 all prices are with VAT 0% (exempt Art. 11 – Malta VAT Act – Chap 406).
All orders for customised products must be paid for in advance. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Offers, Discounts and Promotions
Any Discount, Offer or Promotion is valid only for Shop items with online purchase. Not applicable to custom orders.
Discounts from 20% to 50% (depending on the product and quantity). Valid for multiple purchases of the same sticker.
3. Customised Orders
Regardless of the number of stickers ordered and the size, a minimum charge of 10€ will be applied or 20€ in case of creation of graphics.
4. Order Fulfilment and Cancellation
Orders are processed 6 hours after purchase, within this time it’s possible to cancel it. After this time, the order will be completed. However, please send a prompt message.
5. Right of Withdrawal
This Clause only applies if you are a Consumer and purchasing Goods from our website.
In accordance with the Maltese “Consumer Rights Regulations” (Legal Notice 439 of 2013) and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (in the case of a sales contract) or on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good (in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. (You can use the same model as a guide to write the email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods to the following address: Decal Decoration c/o Luca De Bello – Sylvianne’s Court, Flat 3 – Triq Ic-Cirasa – San Gwann SGN 2751 – MALTA, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 (fourteen) days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
1) Customised products;
2) The product has already been used;
3) The product no longer corresponds to the original fees (tampering, etc.).
6. Returns Policy
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!
Product differs from the one ordered:
If you received a different product from the one orderer let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. If you’d like a different product, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
7. Shipping Policy
We ship only in Malta and the majority European Countries – Zone A1 by MaltaPost (click to see). Your order will be sent out on average within 2 days of ordering. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout of the purchase.
We offer two shipping services: Ordinary Mail (non-traceable) and Registered Mail (with tracking number), to select during checkout.
For any changes to the service, please check the MaltaPost official website.
Free Shipping Offer: we ship with the non-traceable Ordinary Mail service. If you would like a different shipping service, please contact us before order. Offer valid only for online purchase on this site, not applicable for custom orders.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. Shipping prices are cumulative.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
The website is controlled and operated in Malta. Any Terms and Conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of Malta and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Maltese Courts.

This platform provides access to various tools that allow the consumer to obtain a solution in a dispute with a trader. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
We reserve the right to amend, remove or vary the services and/or any page of this website at any time and without notice.
